About Egbe Omo Yoruba Delaware Valley (EOYDV)
Welcome to the Egbe Omo Yoruba Delaware Valley, a non profit organization 501C(3). At EOYDV, we are dedicated to preserving, celebrating, and sharing our rich cultural heritage with members of our community and beyond.
LEGAL STATUS
1. EOYDV is a registered tax-exempt organization pursuant to Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Thus, the association is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and cultural exchange purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code).
2. EOYDV is a non-political organization. No substantial part of its activities shall be the carrying on of propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and it shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for political office.
